Shuttle Information

Shuttles will be available throughout the conference between participating Berkeley hotels (Hotel Shattuck Plaza, Berkeley City Club, Graduate Hotel, and DoubleTree Hotel) and our conference venues.

Bancroft Hotel guests: If you are staying at the Bancroft, you are a 4 minute walk to the Graduate Hotel if you wish to take the shuttle from there. You may also choose to walk (~20 mins) or take a short Uber, Lyft, or a taxi.

DoubleTree Hotel guests: Please rely on the hotels' complimentary shuttle sytem and/or take a quick uber or Lyft to Clark Kerr campus on Thursday and Friday mornings. Evening shuttles from the conference venues will be provided back to the DoubleTree. The DoubleTree has a sign in sheet for shuttles from 7am-10pm on the hour. Note that they recommend signing up ahead of time, as space may be limited.

Day 1: Thursday morning 3/15

Hotels (NOT including DoubleTree) to Clark Kerr campus

Shuttle 1

  • Depart Hotel Shattuck: Leave at 7:10 AM (Will arrive at 6:50 AM)
  • Depart Berkeley City Club: Leave at 7:30 AM
  • Depart Graduate Hotel: Leave at 7:50 AM
  • Arrive Clark Kerr campus: 8:00 am

Shuttle 2

  • Depart Hotel Shattuck: Leave at 7:15 AM (Will arrive at 6:55 AM)
  • Depart Berkeley City Club: Leave at 7:35 AM
  • Depart Graduate Hotel: Leave at 8:00 AM
  • Arrive Clark Kerr campus: 8:10 am

Thursday evening 3/15

Depart Clark Kerr Campus at 6:45pm, dropping off at ALL hotels (including DoubleTree)

Day 2: Friday morning 3/16

Hotels (NOT including DoubleTree) to Clark Kerr campus

Shuttle 1

  • Depart Hotel Shattuck: Leave at 6:55 AM (Will arrive at 6:35 AM)
  • Depart Berkeley City Club: Leave at 7:20
  • Depart Graduate Hotel: Leave at 7:40
  • Arrive Clark Kerr campus: Arrives by 7:45 am (breakfast begins then)

Shuttle 2

  • Depart Hotel Shattuck: Leave at 7:00 AM (Will arrive at 6:40 AM)
  • Depart Berkeley City Club: Leave at 7:20
  • Depart Graduate Hotel: Leave at 7:40
  • Arrive Clark Kerr campus: Arrives by 7:55 am

Friday afternoon 3/16

Depart Clark Kerr at 4:45 pm, drop off California Memorial Stadium for reception and dinner.

Friday evening 3/17

Depart California Memorial Stadium 8:30pm to ALL hotels (including DoubleTree).
